To cover the operational costs of generating new AI images, we use a point system. You only pay for what you create.

• How It Works: Use points to generate amazing new artwork with Kokonna AI.
• What’s Always Free: Uploading your own images, using them in your projects, and accessing your previously saved creations in the gallery are always free. You only use points when you generate new AI art.

Yes, absolutely. The device owner can generate a share code. Anyone who receives this code can connect to the device and display their pictures—no purchase required.

As long as the device is connected to Wi-Fi, friends and family can easily share their photos and see them displayed on your wall.

Your frame holds up to 3,800 pictures locally on its SD card, ensuring it always works. It doesn't swap arts without internet now, but we are developing updates to expand its offline capabilities, making sure your Kokonna remains a permanent and evolving part of your home.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 8-16 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change. To modify or cancel your order, please contact us via email asap. As order processing begins quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation. If your order has already shipped, you may be responsible for any associated shipping costs. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

After Your Request:

• Successful Cancellation: You will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed promptly.
• Order Already Shipped: If you receive a tracking number, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to "refuse“ the package.
• Package Already Delivered: If you have already received the package but wish to return it, please contact us for a return address and instructions.
