Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery
We ship all orders from our warehouse. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location, typically 6–12 business days. For remote or rural areas, delivery may take longer (up to 30 business days).

Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured during transit against loss or damage. If your package arrives visibly damaged or is missing contents, please notify us immediately by emailing support@kokonna.art with photos and a brief description of the issue.
